Frequent transfers, office politics, senior management always getting their say, south Indians given preference over others. No Transfer on compassionate ground, no matter what your problem is, I have spine injury unable to travel on my own, but still I am posted 900 KM away from my hometown, despite vacant position in my Home State. Teammates are mostly supportive and friendly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance and an unfair promotion process that often required pleasing managers rather than recognizing merit and performance. No value given given for employee's personal well being in most of the teams. WFH opportunities are merely mentioned in circulars and will not be considered when employee really needs it.
