It will pay you well but at the same time you won't be having time to spend that money.

As mentioned, there is no work life balance. You will be having plenty of unused leaves. But still you will not be allowed to take one. Due to shortage of working staff, you will be overburdened. Sales pressure will be there.

If you are lucky enough you will get to work with a very good set of colleagues who will be like family and will extend help in all possible ways. But this experience varies from branch to brach. Don't expect it beforehand

Dislikes

...e work pressure with no appraisal or appreciation. Terrible in case of postings. Will make you work 10-12 hrs a day with same salary and increasing targets.

+ Company culture is not progressive. + HR policies are not complied with at the branch level. + Job description doesn't match with the responsibilities in reality. + Reporting managers verbally abuses if assigned daily targets aren't met. + Should sell Ageas Federal insurance policies monthly. + Inefficient Sales funnel & poorly equipped functional strategy.

... job. It taught me good skills. After probation your job is basically permanent. The Pay you get is only second to SBI employees of same scale.

Dislikes

As expected from banks, the work life balance can be challenging. Federal Bank tends to be pioneers in various new banking practices but the officers rarely get enough training to implement the same. The third party products you are supposed to promote aren't exactly profitable to customers.

... consideration for posting based on personal issues. Opportunities for learning. Salary is at par with nationalised banks. Offers good job security.

Dislikes

The promotion process is subject to bias. Hands on training for new recruits can be improved.
