The branch head used to keep the female staff till 11 pm late at night just to complete the loan documentation . From 2022 to year 2024. Branch : greater kailash, new delhi Delhi is already unsafe for women. How can a branch head tell the female staff to stay at night till 11:30 pm???? Plus we used to go for property visit through our own expenses. Then what are the bankman doing?

Teammates are mostly supportive and friendly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance and an unfair promotion process that often required pleasing managers rather than recognizing merit and performance. No value given given for employee's personal well being in most of the teams. WFH opportunities are merely mentioned in circulars and will not be considered when employee really needs it.

The workplace culture is excellent, and the orderly division of employee's roles contributes to the atmosphere's health specially for Associate.

Dislikes

Policy of transfer. They don't readily grant transfers based on personal preferences. Transferring to a more beneficial option for the employee will mostly take three to four years. Without HRA, an Associate finds it very difficult to survive in an unusual environment.
