The first big thing is in that company is nepotism is there, if you’re a English speaker than you will get something good response, and some respects you will get there, otherwise if working in Spanish language than forget that you will get any kind of respect in that company, They always shout on their employees if they do any kind of mistakes. Sakshi so called HR who has recently joined FD has very bad attitude and rude behaviour. I really don't understand why company has hired her. HR without skills. Lots of politics, no work culture.
