Freshers who are interested in continuing in IT for a long time, can able to develop themselves.

Dislikes

Once it was a really good company, But now everything has changed. Won't feel like working in IT. They are ruining the careers of good resources. We won't get opportunities to develop the skills. Salary delay issues. Poor work-life balance and very very poor project management. Finally, No comments about the HR team.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
