Managers have awesome knowledge on the subject matter, work environment is superb and managers contribute to keep it clean and politics free. They keep bragging about employee wellness while in reality it's all just on papers, they do not even provide gym or other fitness related facilities or reimburse the costs, all the do is invite some expert who will just do the talking on a teams call and at best do se breathing exercises, which I find useless and is just there to tick the employee wellness box in their To do list. There is no work life balance, there are teams which ask to to stretch long hours and there is nothing you can do about it because it's openly written on the appointment letter that you will have to work more than standard working hours when there is a business need....Read More
