Dislikes

No growth technically, once you are out of organisation you will be literally unemployable. Company always has firing target, which will be high next couple in years as now they are established workforce and now want to optimize the resources. No work life balance, late night meetings will be routine and stretching is new norm

The work culture is not typical Indian setup where only hierarchy matters and not merit

Salary compensation should be revised and the quality of work should be improved as compared to Houston office

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
