Initially the centre was opened to do all the boring, repetitive stuffs of Exxon Houston, that thought and still many thinks that BTC is some back office of theirs, where you can stuff all the bad work. Few people are good in Houston but many thinks that BTC is incompetent and cannot do things, in some teams the Asset teams are not good. All in all, if you want a chill life with no challenges, join BTC, but if you want growth, good learning opportunity, do not join. There is nothing kept in the Brand name. Especially in India.
