It's in the expensive city with no inflation or indexation for the salary to match market value. No growth potential and support and career opportunities, fake promises and fake long term plans.

Dislikes

No transperancy on salary, career growth, only Male candidates are of no value as the ratio is bad. Very low salary from market , no benefits of being a fortune 10 company. No work from home option

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
