One of the best companies to start your career in. The team is composed of talented and supportive professionals. It has been more than five years since I joined EXO Edge. I find the company to be very friendly and supportive of its employees. I've enjoyed the opportunities for professional development here.

All the employees are very co-operative. Management listen to your problems and resolve them accordingly. Good Salary. Employees hard work gets rewarded.
there is nothing which can be liked, My personal experience says that only talking about big words and lacking a pragmatic approach, both are contrary to the so-called CORE values. Big organizations are growing tremendously because they know how to act on hearsay evidence. this organization is lacking in this. People who were/are atfault are still in the system and employee(s) working on CORE Values are out of the system. mature and learned decisions are lacking there. on the face of IT, work has been offered for Property Management system....Read More

there is no Criteria for hiring. candidates having 15 years of experience have been hired on L2 level and candidates having 2-5 years of experience have been selected as supervisors, only favouritism and nepotism are going on. The supervisor who does not know the definition of IT has been selected as IT TL/Manager. candidates who were rejected in the first round have been selected as Team Leaders, and candidates who is having less than 3 years of experience have been selected as Team Leads. who do not have team-handling skills have been given chance to lead the team although all of them have been filled with politics, groupism, leg pulling, buttering. Sessions rooms, team meetings, and house parties are being held just to pull down the people who have tirelessly worked for the company. in all of the above, the ROLE of the company and HR is in question despite knowing everything is wrong people are still in system and if we think that system is clear then it would be like closing our eyes just not seeing the misappropriation. there is no scope if you belong to CORE IT or thinking to make a carrier in IT because there is nothing like IT there and if you something about IT you will not remember it because people who do not belong to IT will rule over you and If you will raise your voice then due to the best-known reasons to HR you will be asked to leave. in my entire 16 years, I have never seen someone fired (subject to the worst conditions) but they are tossing their employees like anything. they don't know the value of the job, and they have fired a total of 8-10 employees including 4 supervisors only within the gap of 3 months. most of them were not even aware of the reason for the firing. I am not writing this review because of any anger, even though I resigned on my own but the above issues are there in the company so before joining especially in IT think twice. if someone is talking about CORE Values and those CORE values are missing then it is worthless to promote them....Read More
