So far it's been really amazing experience with EXL and they have really good management. I must say they have the best management people and that's the reason they are doing really well. One can have bitter experience however so far so good. Looking for a long run with exl.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Changes and anything are not communicated on time because of limited Access to company email id on your system. And you can not open the same from outside organization port. An alternative should be there however at this point this is one thing i don't like.

Excellent so far some times you need little work also one needs to understand

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
