Excessive work in minimum salary. I was a fresher so I didn't have much to complaint about the paycheck initially, but even the experienced writers working for years received pathetic salary compared to industry standards and absolutely no growth. To top it off, one of the directors, who was in charge of the content, needs to learnsome manners before running a business. His behaviour taught me a very important lesson in life: what kind of human being I should try my best to NOT become in later life. The work itself is also extremely mundane and unethical even; the organization basically produces research papers on certain subjects on behalf of international students. The customers share their university guidelines and the company writes their PhD papers for them, on which their credits and qualifications depend. The customers are also a bunch of jokers (obviously XD). And employees are supposed to maintain irrational deadlines and when it leads to poor quality, all the authority does is shouting. In short, this is one loser of a company. Trust me, anyone deserves better than this.
