Salary is not acceptable for our performance. And seniors in this company think they are working in Google or apple and shows their attitude to the peak. There is no break in between the work.. even in work from home atleast we need 10mins break in between but even for night shift people don't have break time to relax or even for some personal calling. And there is no hike. And night shift allowance is only 50rs that's a huge joke here. And there is not increment even after one yr of work. Mainly u can't learn any extra skills here.
