There is no training, career growth, no salary revision for the last 4 years, no appraisal, lot of politics, no scope of learning, lousy work environment, everything here is negative. It is a one man show by the Proprietor. I am hugely disappointed and it is mistake of joining this stupid firm. Though I am looking for a change ofjob, due to my age & prefer to work in my native place, unable to get a suitable job....Read More

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
