Sahil Sood’s erratic leadership style leaves employees feeling undervalued and confused about their roles. I’ve never worked in a place with such poor leadership and lack of direction. After joining, I quickly realized there’s no room for advancement, just stagnation and burnout. Poor handling of employee grievances; issues are ignored.

I've seen numerous talented colleagues leave due to the toxic culture. It's disheartening to watch good people go. Expect to work weekends more often than not. Your personal life will take a backseat.
