It’s a struggle to get any recognition for hard work. The management doesn’t appreciate dedication. They talk a big game about work-life balance, but it’s just lip service.

they find out the individual potentiality and put them in better place.. Incentives structure is the best ...Big thanks to Joseph Sir and Syed Sir for being supportive .. Our manager joseph is the best mentor, he motivates us when we are low and handles our candidates calls too.

1. We like the way CEO treat all the Employees and departments and rewards and recognishantions. 2. Salary will be in time. 3. Company holds good value in the market. Customer First initiative is appriciable. 4. Its a fixed desk Job.

1. Stringent enforcement, implementing a rigorous approach to punctuality and time mgmt. 2. Dress code, being in formals is compulsary mon- thursday. 3. Limited professional growth opprtunities, irrespective of experince and merit we have though coming from outside. 4. Limited Possiblilites for maintataing a healthy work life balance 5. Taking our available leaves also very challenging, 6. No job security in any sales job. If someone wants to treat company like a family so this is not the right one because here Management do not celebrate festivals at all. If you are looking for career growth after having good experience outside they wont consider your previous at all, but they need good experience people for doing work. Too much gossiping Management dont take employee's feedback for Improvements. If someone wants to take leaves or WFH its not easy thing here. Compulsory 6 days working. Some Sundays and Government holidays also should work ( Only sometimes if you dont do your target) Very strict office timings , if you late you will get warning mail from HR, which will disappoint your whole work day. Coming to dislike, in sales profile we expect faster promotion. the promotion policies very constructive but need to wait bit long. if we see through the lenses of companies, there is a perfect reason for it.
