Training, Food, Work Enviornment, Manager was good he trained me well and i am getting results in my current company. So a big thanks to him. Coffee Machine

Dislikes

Low Salary, Biasedness , Micro management, Needs improvement in some areas. Leave Policy is not good. Also the incentive hold policy they introduced is a bit weird ( i personally feel that it is more of a beneficial to the company rather to the employees)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
