Nothing to like about. They will make you work on most Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays and may come up saying that your work was pending so you had to complete it. Lots more to say about.
No Professionalism at all. They would force Notice period on you. They would call you for meeting at night also when you are sleeping and then send a mail asking why you didnt attended. No Appraisals at all or Salary increase. They will not provide relocation costs. For even valid issues also the directors would pitch in and spend unnecessary time on meetings and no productivity. Dumb people having ample money to run IT business.
Management doesn't know anything about IT business. This company is a big scam. Talented and career focused people should refrain from joining this organization. It's a waste of time. They fool employees, vendors, partners and clients as the managements decision is never stable. Employees are treated as sheeps here. It's a family run organization and the characters are worst than The Simpsons.

That being said, it would be helpful if you specified the exact nature of the problem you faced when you were working here. Not just for us, but also for other potential jobseekers who might want to read and understand about us through what you've written. How do we fool people? What have we done specifically that amounts to this? It would be of immense help to us if you could point specific instances of this happening. Also, we are sorry that you think we are dumb and have too much money, we'll certainly work on improving the former, but we aren't we sure how we can change the latter. Perhaps, we might become poorer and smart and that might help, but we are not sure. We have worked very hard the past year to streamline a lot of processes, and this includes independent third party audits that have allowed us to plug and address a lot of gaps that existed in the system. As a part of this streamlining we have been able to identify a lot issues like non performance, moonlighting and financial irregularities, which has been of immense help in improving the work environment for our employees. We'll continue to work on improving ourselves through constructive feedback from everyone. Some of the issues outlined by you here are issues that all small and medium companies face, like having a dedicated cafeteria space for example. Regarding the other issues, the company has a zero tolerance policy for workplace politics and to that end we have a dedicated helpline and mail ID where employees can anonymously submit complaints which are responded to and resolved impartially. Whether it's the numerous employee engagement activities that happen on a weekly basis or other employee centric initiatives like profit sharing, we have bought about a slew of measures that are aimed at addressing all the issues outlined by you here.
