Target oriented job and no future as a lawyer if you choose to work there long term as the pay is very less compared to the work. They hire Indian law graduates especially freshers and make them work on US Court portals to download documents and all work is copy paste work. There is no concept of promotion all older women are TLs noyoung attorney has ever been promoted. If you ask for hike you won't get more than 5 percent maybe 10 percent if you are a favourite. No real learning. Plus they make you work on some Saturday to meet targets even though all Saturdays off technically.
