They listen only senior's feedback, there is no chance to prove that the person is genuine.
360 feedback they say but listen their own loved ones, they have to understand that the decisions they take which destroys someone's life.

Ready to hire laterals with a huge package(say 3 times of exp as CTC). Hike to existing employees are not so great. So join here with a good package, then it wont be an issue
