It's a good place to work. There's a lot to learn and gain. There are many different projects and a variety of experiences to collect while working on them. Sometimes we also have to work on weekends but they will be compensated with your monthly leaves.Overall, nice place with nice people.

The salary is always late by 15 days. There are no water facilities, no washroom facility, no wfh, no leave policy, no permanent workplace, no coordination among employees, no credits for your work.

Nothing. Firstly, they hire you then give some practical work when we complete that work they say you havent done it right, They just wanted me to do their project work. HR should know the basic principles and rules of the copany. How can you step down on someone.

They will not entertain you when you are no longer beneficial to them. They just think of themselves.

Everything I dislike about this company. Management just think of themselves. They even don't enetertain genuine reason of the employee when they wants to take leave. Only they need profit all the time. No appraisal every year. No bonus. No job security. Unnecessary salary cut.

Management’s attitude is the worst. No employee benefits, No Perks, Salary Deductions from your hard earned money and they dont even bother to provide any explanation for the deductions.
