Nothing. Firstly, they hire you then give some practical work when we complete that work they say you havent done it right, They just wanted me to do their project work. HR should know the basic principles and rules of the copany. How can you step down on someone.

Everything I dislike about this company. Management just think of themselves. They even don't enetertain genuine reason of the employee when they wants to take leave. Only they need profit all the time. No appraisal every year. No bonus. No job security. Unnecessary salary cut.
