Some of the people at this place are horrible, miserable, narcissists and problematic. Extremely Toxic environnement, they lie about everything and take advantage of their employees. A lot of microaggressions, nepotism, bullying,favoritism and cliques. HR and managers are part of the problem they use intimidation to silence people in a very passive aggressive way. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
