No respect for employees. They keep you in dark and at the time of appraisal they surprise you with almost nothing. The QA Manager is not supportive and doesn't care about its resource. The highest level of politics being played. Doesn't have proper infrastructure to cater the employee, lack of WASHROOMS. Manager and higher management will keep you for scapegoat. Here your performance doesn't matter, but if you're good at gossip and provide timely information to your manager than you get promoted.
