I want to know about the company Capco. Current domain: Data Engg YOE: 4.7 CCTC: 16.4 Offer: 23(fixed)+1 JB Post: Sr Consultant 2 grade M2. I want to know about the company culture,WLB,job security,bench policy.Also,I am a bit confused.The role offered is for a consultant,but the questions were more oriented toward arch. There were no questions on PySpark.The manager said the work is on ETL migration for Barclays using AWS Glue and Spark,but no related questions.Should I take the offer or continue rounds with EPAM,UST,EY? There are other offers. Yash Tech:22LAP(fixed) Publicis Sapient: 25(fixed) Quantiphi: 25(quoted from my side,no offer yet) But the thing is that here the work is unclear. Also there are other company rounds going like EPAM,UST.

My experience is very bad. I can suggest don't join at EY because the management is not good. If you work under R V Dinakar then you are in big trouble. Just because of him now the aterat

Many reasons 1. RV Dinakar behaviour is not good 2. I have worked multiple projects but never get a project code to submit my timesheet 3. Project managers are incapable, example - Raminder Kaur and Manila karba 4. Project managers are dont know how to manage the projects that's the reason unnecessary exclation is coming from clientside 5. If you work under RV Dinakar then your working hours is 12 to 15 minimum. 6. EY top management is blindly hiring because we heard about that RV Dinakar and Raminder Kaur is a bad perform at IBM. My request is to EY management kindly verify the same...Read More
