It's a well established organisation in the industry. But there is no factor for me to like working at EY

Dislikes

1. Highly unorganised projects, unrealistic deadlines, and all time building work pressures (asking for leaves or even leaving early for personal work seems to be a big ask) 2. The managers on most of the projects are not concerned about providing support to team members leading to direction less output 3. Most of the time is spent on firefighting to understand the scope of work/way to deal with a particular client/to seek on the job support- which is a bare minimum expectation from the managers to provide it to employees, but is never fulfilled! 4. Very short term projects(3 months duration). Might ask you to work on any random technology. Working hours not fixed,might have to work on weekends. No work life balance. Office politics/favouritism.
