The culture here is pathetic. You are not treated as human. The partners will treat you as machine. If you are not good at a certain skillset but best at some other, they will not praise you for what you are good at rather they will treat you as the dumbest creature on earth for not being good at some other skill of their choice. The Partners will always stop you from rising up the ladder in the organization. Too much of favoritism. You will never ever have a weekend for yourself. You are always expected to work all seven days of the week. Even during festivals you will not be left alone to enjoy with your family. It's a partnership firms so it really matters the partner who you work back with. If you get a good partner who is more people driven, then it's better for you than who is comparatively more inclined on revenue.
