Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?

Overall there is learning as there are trainings happening every year. There is a growth opportunity basis your work experience and qualifications. Appraisals are good as compared to market. Work environment is decent and overall work-life balance is dependent on you more than the firm. Dislikes

Politics - there are people who keep favouring those having good relationships with them. Also, qualification plays a crucial role in promotions more than your abilities. Even if you are in the firm for 5 years or more and have relevant work experience but you are not qualified which means not a CA/CPA/ACCA you cannot become Assistant manager.This is specific to Assurance or audit department.
