Our partner (SADA) is the worst one I have ever seen there are many thing about him he is arrogant, favoritism, he will take revenge, always want to show case his power as a partner with staff. If you got a chance in EY Hyderabad know who is the partner under you are going to work if heard the name is Sada Gopa Raghavan never prefer to join the firm you will be getting a ticket to hell. aprox team Size is 50-55 when I joined 2 years ago , nearly 45 people left with in 2 years and there are more to quit gradually. CONS - Lower the salary according to market standards (its absurd to work in that environment with that salary standards). Very toxic culture (you will be treated like slave without humanity) Forget about weekends, personal leaves. always questions or doubts efficiency(they will never trust a person unless he is a relative) partner and other management are from Chennai so these people will show dominance and favoritism. Literally HR are puppets of partner no power with them(they never support employee or staff always favorable to partner as they need to there is no other option for these poor fellows) Management failure (Every one in the management were like a deeply routed in to years of experience they will never change their toxic culture and the worst management ever) Partner, never shows respect to the staff always rude and absurd. The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

It depends on which entity you join I am working for EY India LLP tech consulting and 3 years been great. Culture and work life balance is great. Make sure to work and always get good client feedback. Work from home for eligible employees whos working great at client place. Outings, management events , offsite everything is good.
They don’t have rule of hire and fire like other service companies, but it’s good if you have a project always. Avoid being on bench. Only bad part is no cab facility.
