Culture is great, everyone is very helpful around. Your opinions are heard here and there is a lot of scope of learning new stuff if you are really passionate about your work.

Dislikes

Zero work life balance, some seniors are extremely hard on juniors. They will break you down emotionally but you gotta be really strong. But you will also find some really great managers who are there to help you. People here really consider working late as cool so don't expect to go home on time.

The learning and people around were all one of a kind sort of a crowd .

The working culture is terrible and office politics is an add on for stress. The time period of traveling/duration of stay leading to 40 days and more without any flybacks whatsoever becomes a task and extremely hectic and at times also took a toll on my health .
