Though it's a dynamic and competitive environment, there is huge learning opportunities. Great compensation , good medical policies, relatively higher hikes YOY compared to Indian IT firms such as Infy, Wipro etc.

1. I have worked 3 years in EY in various locations.During my last transfer in Mumbai,I make terms with EY that after completing the project,they will relocate me in kolkata. They never give me the relocation rather they have played a trick to create a psychological pressure to remain in Mumbai by suddenly holding my salary.EY not paid me for 7 months and create a situation so that I put my resignation.They can't terminate me as I can proceed to labour court.so they plot the scenario where I forced to put the resignation. 2. EY always pressurized the skilled employees to relocate frequently despite of medical conditions.EY never care about the employees,they always look for their profit. 3.There is no appraisal and increment is very very poor.they treat the skilled employees as begger. 4.Behaviour of the managers are very rude.although they are a big zero in technical knowledge but very good in creating harassment. 5. There is no good project with EY,specially in Govt Public Sector. EY is always looking for rubbish projects and make the client fool by presenting rubbish PPTs. EY targetting those employees at their client side who is in high position but very poor in technical knowledge.So that EY can make that officer fool and extend their project timelines. 6. Practically there is no employee benefits in EY if you are working as contractual employees. They even give you proper release documents. 7.The exit process is also very critical.You have to get Authorization from your project partner. 8.Practically EY is a rubbish organisations. 9. The managers and sr.managers are forcing to work in holidays also. 10. EY has a very good collection of these kind of useless, oversmart, harrassing managers and sr. managers in their organisation. 11. EY also easily deny the expenses incurred by you for your official duties. 12.The managers are always give you pressure to do other's works if they can't do it. 13. EY forced to go to client side in Holidays also if client is present in their offices during holidays also. 14.The managers and sr.managers in EY is always ready to clean the toilets, flush the latrines if the client asked them to do so. Literally the HR department in EY encourage all the employees in client side to do so. 15.The HR department in EY is a very good quality donkey which has no voice and always dancing upon the instructions of directors and partners....Read More
