Unclear path of growth for FTEs. It feels like a cast system among employees (on roll and FTE), although both are doing the same job, FTEs are not involve in decision making but they have to deliver the work with full responsibility. There are a lot more discriminations, where talented individual feel suffocated in EY. Your experience with the firm depends on your manager and team sometime good manager make you feel comfortable but otherwise, if manager is incompetent, he will make your life miserable....Read More
