Minimal scope to work under different clients. Job level in EY mostly decided by Client we are working. Mostly based on clients relationship rather than technical aspects. There might be case where 14 years experience person might be Senior manager or even partner. But he might be Senior Consultant as well by salary term. There would be lot of difference between salary. Most cases technical guys like architect will feel they are not getting an good amount of opportunity to work under greatest architects in the industry. Where they learn & flourish....Read More

Compensation wise they have so much pay parity it is shameful, how some consultants can be working at 9lpa and doing the same work as a consultant with 18lpa.. with no difference in education or knowledge base

Dislikes

The company has not thought of employees wellbeing during this entire covid tenure, they are making us slog for longer hours but no benefits are associated with it.

I have to sometimes work for more than 14hrs a day and that does not reflect in my pay check
