Nothing is good ...they have pure bpo culture and micro management. If you raise your voice against anything you will be on pip and if you need good appraisal, leave approval then you need to praise your manager everytime like others do

It's flexible. I do understand that sometimes we have to strech our work hours especially during the busy seasons but till then it's okay. EY always take care of their employees.

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. I’m also interviewing with Infosys for a Senior Python Developer position. If I get an offer from Infosys, which role should I choose?
