The work life balance is nice and overall its a very nice company to work with.All the benefits and job security is also good.
My experience was never bad with Ericsson Global India Services Pvt limited. In the present department that i work there is no much scope to progress further technically. There is a saturation level that is reached and Internal Mobility with in Ericsson is much encouraged on paper but no in reality.
I work for Support Organisation in Ericsson Global and work for Europe customer on tickets on IMS/VoLTE/VoWiFi etc.

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here.
