Ericsson is known as an ethical company and I have been witness to this since 2011. The company believes in the growth of the individual and gives chance to each and every employee to learn and grow. Policies are superb, only some focus on industry standard benefits like tax benefits, other compensations need some focus. Salary here is as per industry standards.
Not even a single point comes into my mind, which I may dislike about Ericsson Malaysia. Yes ambition is to see the development in facilities of cafeteria.
My work is Customer facing and always exciting.

However, they pay prorata to employees who joined few months in year but in system of March !! 2. Managers donot explicitly talk of important things at crucial employee. 3. Internal politics in some team like mine. There are fool people in my team which makes toxic culture within the team.. My lead has no skills to manage team but still he is lead. And manager don't listen if someone complain about him. Some people do just lickering
