1.They donot give STV to employees who served full year (Jan to Dec) but if not part of system in March when they payout! However, they pay prorata to employees who joined few months in year but in system of March !! 2. Managers donot explicitly talk of important things at crucial employee. 3. Few team members donot know how to work with female employees.

Internal politics in some team like mine. There are fool people in my team which makes toxic culture within the team.. My lead has no skills to manage team but still he is lead. And manager don't listen if someone complain about him. Some people do just lickering

First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Some domains have quite high micro management. Therefore, please set your boundaries and do not over dedicate yourself in the job.
