Currently Ericsson's focus is only on R&D (Research and Development). So this question is of no use if you are not getting opportunity in R&D. Since there is massive retrenchment drive and pressure from Civian to cut more cost, even if you join Ericsson, you may be asked to leave any day. So join only R&D function of Ericsson.
Leadership in India and globally in Ericsson is currently clueless. It has already seen losses in last 5 quarters. And the losses are getting bigger (as per Q4 report). Leadership will not be able to guide or lead you.
My work was 12 hours a day without much leave in the last 4 years, as we were trying to save Ericsson from getting into losses. We saved Ericsson in 2016. But due to change in leadership in 2017, no one could save Ericsson.

Attrition chances are less. Good diversified culture. No one questions about how much time is put daily to work. If you finish your work and log off you are not questionable.

1.They donot give STV to employees who served full year (Jan to Dec) but if not part of system in March when they payout! However, they pay prorata to employees who joined few months in year but in system of March !! 2. Managers donot explicitly talk of important things at crucial employee. 3.
