Good for someone new to e-commerce especially in the arbitrage domain.

1. Too much of unnecessary policing in regards to break timings. PS - They even check how long you have taken the break and question you in case you take your lunch early 2. Unsupportive Managers unwilling to change or accept mistakes - will blatantly blame you even if you haven't been involved in the task and will are not at all open to accept change or apply any new process for process improvement 3. No job guarantee even if you are the best performer - will just give you a day's or a week's notice to leave and no reason. Will just say - company is doing cost cutting 4. No work life balance Even after admiting in hospital I am getting calls to do work Deadline while I am taking my tests in hospital bed No respect My manager use to abuse me always in morning Saturday and sunday work assigned Meeting at night 2 am No sleep No food intake time and many lunches missed
