The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology. I love fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, and has a global client base. I get to travel overall in India, But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client's location. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime s late into the night.

Eratronics pvt ltd. Company is new and highly Growing company. The staff behavior is very Co-operative and supporting nature. Always understanding the employee condition and guideing him personally.

Im working in eratronics since july 2017.Now 3 years has been completed. And here the behavior,nature of all staff and environment of company is very good and friendly.In this pandemic Eratronics giving a very good support to employee..

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but carrier growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

After getting pass out from Engineering colleges we don't know the work scenario of real world companies to understand that Eratronics is good and learning the basic things within the industry is must for settlement of future.

Small organisation company, but they are rising now
