Dislikes

There are hundreds of dislikes. They expect you to do all sort of work. I had seen people coming to era school bhalgaon to collect their pending salaries, pending deposit money etc. People come to school and say either I want my money or else I will cut myself. There is no time for leaving the school.. sometimes we had even worked till 5:30 from morning 8. There is no promotion or increment. They dont pay the staff on time hence end up losing all the good quality staff. Very poor management, less co-ordination between the upper management team. They never give anything onpaper, just verbally they appointed and discussed the salary etc..we naver got any kind of appointment letter from school. Please dont spoil the future of your child and also dont spoil your career....Read More
