So nice company. But I have to leave this company with heavy heart for growth as there are less chance to grow due to internal politics. It's policy and product are hotch potchI tried too much to make this Bank as brand but there are many uneven internal barrier such as RCU and lack of co ordination among all vertical.

Dislikes

Selling MOD where there is not liability branch. Technical policy also a barrier as it is not clear to the market and competitors. My promotion also stuck due to uneven reason/person. Softwares are not upto date. Bank should adopt latest technology and IT product.

I worked since 2018 (all most 6.8 yrs) with grade of EB3/ DM1 and I got rating as of now 4 or 5 only but as of now only one time my grade was changed in the year of 2020 appraisal. Now my grade is EB3/DM2 then how can I expect EB 5 and EB6 grades in next few years and moreover I'm the 4th time HIGH ACHIEVER CLUB MEMBER.
