Dislikes

Minimum support from seniors, No benifits for extra work and efforts, Too few staff backups for critical work profile like cashier, operations Very different to take leaves and lack of professionalism in overall bank culture.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
