Its a worst banking job experience I ever had, by choosing this bank I have spoilt my banking career.. there is nothing like working culture,satisfaction,learning and growth in this bank.Even I thought RBI should re think for existence of these Tapri bank..Never ever suggest anyone to join this below category organisation..better to work in a NBFC instead..

Majorly the bank should recruit sales personal only as they are fooling the employees of other banks who joins the company in impression of a bank..there is no work culture,they are pulling down the career growth and demoting the people who came here from other reputef banks.. they humilates the employees like never seen in banking..they make quick decisions and forced employees for immediate reliieving as per their convinience.. worst bank and ever......Read More

Company is the best company for his employee. Company take cares each & every employees through his policies.

The area managers ego issues. High authority managers local level do not value an individuals' strength,efforts,hard work. They always try to demoralized their subordinate and other employees but support from Ho team & high levels support give great courage to do work in worst conditions.
