Out manager is worst whatever we do they tell it is wrong and there is no encouragement. Always discriminating on the work we do somany are suffering like this in the company but they are not telling it. On top of the managers check properly what they are doing how they managing. No proper KT will be provided once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst. No hike will be provided for years if you do the work and complete the tasks also they will put in below target in year end review. Managers don't know how to train employees and properly use them. They will get awarded by discriminating us and they will get increment on it and they will get position change for it. - Transportation from off is not matured enough - too many portal to keep track off, one for expense, one for leaves, one for payslips, one for tax - No SSO(single sign on), you need to remember 2 0r 3 different passwords all the time - Could have better increments. - After Publicis take over it became keys on what is happening where. -
