It was my first job and I didn't like anything such, the working environment for other department was good.

Dislikes

Too much politics and favoritism, if say do hanji hanji with your respective bosses that will help you to get the promotions. There are 70% female employees and they are more interested in gossiping other than working. The department secretary Mrs. Geetanjali behaves likes she is the HOD of the department.

I was working under Mr. Parulekar and he was so difficult to handle. I joined as a trainee engineer and he used to talk too rudely and arrogantly with me without even listening to me or my methodology. He was too biased and partial towards the employees.
