I have been there for 1.5 year and the people which I was working they were like family to me.

A good exposure to the bigger mass projects.

Dislikes

No such drawbacks at all other than a good workload (which might not be a problem with workholics)

It was my first job and I didn't like anything such, the working environment for other department was good.

Dislikes

Too much politics and favoritism, if say do hanji hanji with your respective bosses that will help you to get the promotions. There are 70% female employees and they are more interested in gossiping other than working. The department secretary Mrs. Geetanjali behaves likes she is the HOD of the department.

Work Details

I was working under Mr. Parulekar and he was so difficult to handle. I joined as a trainee engineer and he used to talk too rudely and arrogantly with me without even listening to me or my methodology. He was too biased and partial towards the employees.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
