Some projects require lot of efforts due to tight schedules, so we might lack work-life balance. But again this completely depends on project/client that we work for.

My first company and a horrible experience. Company policies and management spoiled my IT life......... Worst company.

Policies, Work priorities to low experience people most and credit goes to high experience people. All blames goes to juniors employees. Inside a team one resource will be mandatory below expectations that wS rating policies of employees work.
