Strong delivery and engineering practices and tools to track progress

Dislikes

Indian entity of EPAM is only focussed on staff aug and staffing responsibilities. They claim we take best talent etc. but on the ground company is mainly built and developed by its strong engineering practices from outside of India in the past. There is very less focus on delivery but more focus on just staffing. In addition to this, they take 5 rounds of interviews in which they ensure you have strong engineering technical base and experience, but finally as delivery managers they will only ask you to take interviews, coordinate for demands with clients, and place resources to grow headcount in India. For now this model is going to help them but very soon they will end up becoming just another service company....Read More

Need help to decide

I have the following offers and confused to choose one. Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? Please give you suggestions. My Last working day is 31 March 2025.
