Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them? I got a bad project, but overall this company is really good. Much better than other service based companies in India. One big advantage is they have a really good health insurance which helped me in my father's surgery.
